DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched by our department within 5 working days.
Purchases will be received based on the delivery method selected during purchase.
It is possible to pick up the order in store.
RETURN and GUARANTEE
Sales are final and non-refundable.
Clothing or items may be returned for exchange, with the exception of personalized or made-to-measure clothing or items, if contacted within 15 business days.
Exchanges will be accepted if the following conditions are met:
Aeolia was contacted within 15 working days and authorized the exchange
Clothing and / or items must not have been worn, washed or damaged

The return of clothing and / or articles is at the expense of the consumer.
The replacement package will be shipped free of charge.

Éolie inc. cannot be held responsible for color transfer. Perspiration and / or deodorant can cause color transfer and / or loss of the metallic effect of fabrics (especially when a fabric is combined with white or other light colors).
* Normal wear and tear includes: discoloration of colors, detachment of the metallic coating of fabrics, loss of colors or transfer of colors to each other due to washing or sweating, tears in the fabric caused by velcro, jewelry or other items.
